Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error has been made on our part.

Refunds, if granted, are issued solely at the discretion of management. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the matter and determine the best resolution.

Pre-Orders (under $100):

• Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the fulfillment date are 100% refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the fulfillment date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Catering Orders, Cake Orders, Special Request Orders, and Pre-Orders over $100:

• Must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the fulfillment date for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the fulfillment date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
